Craig and the team did such a fantastic job transforming the look of the house with a new front door that we've now returned for new windows and hoping to work with them on our home extension plans too! I fully recommend company if you're looking for high end aluminium products. We ordered slim line sliding doors. We looked around for ages but Basfords were head and shoulders above the rest. Thanks to all the team and a special thanks to Chris who went above and beyond with our project. We now have a fantastic view of our field and lots of light streaming into our new kitchen. The guys from Basfords fitted a set of bi-fold doors and new large, double-glazed kitchen window for us before Christmas in awful weather without any complaints or hesitation. The team worked hard and efficiently for us over two days and could not have bee friendlier or more helpful. For us this rounded off what was a really good purchasing experience: we got great products from really nice people.
This is the second time I have used Basfords. Both occasions they have been extremely helpful and most importantly have the technical knowledge we needed for our project. I would like to thank Jeanette who went above and beyond to keep us in the loop on our project. The whole project a new bespoke porch and reconfigured front of house took longer then we thought I’m sure COVID didn’t help, we were called at all stages some of the products were coming from Germany . It was worth the wait and we are more than happy it’s now complete. Thanks to all keep safe Carl.
Excellent work and service from Basfords and the Endurance composite door company. We would like to thank David and the team or providing us with a fantastic replacement door and frame, couldnt be faulted. It more than exceeds our expectatioins, especialy the leaded glass. There were lots to choose from, we had advice on style/glass colour/door design and fittings. Everyone at Basfords have been brillant, so friendly and helpful. No pressure, just great advice. We were able to continue getting just the right look ..via the use of an app show casing a wide range of combinations to play around with at home. The surveyor was brilliant with the measurements, the door and frame fits perfectly Finally the door fitters were fantastic ...big job as it wasn't just a replacement door we had new side panels created to give more light so a steel beam had to be installed and brick work re-worked. It looks amazing with so many compliments from neighbors, friends and family. David followed up with a courtesy call to check we were happy. Exellent service start to finish Thank you all so much.
