Staff was very nice, polite and helpful. The registration process was easy.
Very helpful staff and waiting times are short. I had an issue with my permit which was solved promptly.
Generally very well administrated, staff quite friendly. Waiting times can be a bit long, even if you make an appointment (recommended). There is WiFi, and a lot of useful brochures.
