I highly recommend this business because they're super kind, attentive & the visiting process couldn't have been more easy or comfortable. I haven't been to an urgent care for over a decade. I was having severe pain in my ear & my pcp was unable to see me. I googled searched & found this urgent care in Basehor. When I called & spoke to the receptionist being that I had been feeling so I'll & was frustrated not being able to get in to my regular doctor & thinking I may end up in ER which I definitely didn't want, I started crying like a big baby to this poor lady on the other end of the phone LOL! She was soooo incredibly sweet, kind & patient. I was able to get a drive up appointment! So I drove up at 3:30 & the staff actually came out to my car to care for me. It was so nice! The Doctor or Nurse checked my ears discovered I had a terrible ear infection so prescribed me some medications. I had registered before the appointment via a text that was sent to me from the office, uploaded my insurance card & ID by taking pics, everything couldn't have been more simple! I will definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone for non-emergency medical care. Thank you to those who took care of me there!
