Christmas Day lunch before new lockdown. Very safe. Not many customers. Food excellent as usual although it's always been quite pricey.

I really want to love this place being our local Indian but every time it let's me down. The food is more expensive than competitors and despite the restaurant almost always being empty it takes FOREVER to get your food. A sign of it being freshly made? Maybe so, although the use of excessive oil just spoils the curries and overall its poor :( you leave feeling like you've consumed your weekly calorie intake
Visited on a Wednesday night and the 5 course menu was available for approx 14pp. Best curry I've ever had in a curry house. Lamb very tender. Very generous portions. Great service.
We went for a family meal on what I think was the busiest night of the year. Last 'eat out to help out' day. The staff were all excellent and really friendly. The food was delicious as always, definitely recommend.
Very good Indian restaurant, very flavourful food with good service. I must remember that a northern Madras is hotter than served 'down south' that said it was still packed with flavour. Would have been a 5 star if they had lassi by the glass and not just the jug.
