I'm so unsatisfied with the whole customer service here.plus the mechanics that work here.we bought a Ford freestar from my in-laws.It was purchased some time back.We knew that we were gonna need to to some work on it .my husband did alot of different things to it. He figured out what the annitial issue was.the engine light and other issues ere fixed ran nicely. a few months later just stopped wouldn't go. hubby thought the computer needed to be flashed. so got in to this dealership. next morning my husband here it wasn't what we thought it was. I was the torque converter was the issue. It would be fixed under a recall for free. we felt relieved.well that was short lived cause they charged us 100 to put the old pcm back in even after we told them we were short on money and we could put it back in ourselves. It wasn't related to the work being done so it didn't have to be done by then as part of the service. The whole situation was a nightmare and we will never do business here again.
