Bilal and Arshad are very professional and did a great job in providing us with structural calculations and working drawings for our single storey extension. Their drawings flied through all planning permission and building regulations, leaving us stress free. Bilal and Arshad are very friendly and provided further important advice and tips even after the completion of their part of the project. Very impressed, will recommend and definitely use again.
Bilal and his dad Arshad is very professional and competent in architect and structural engineering. My two storey extension gone a nightmare when it reach on roof extension. The architect who design the drawings originally was ‘meridian building design’ Dinas Powys. They design wrongly truss roof extension, they never help me to sort out the issue. Finally I appoint VARCO to sort out the complicated issue with a new roof design and the building control was happy to proceed. This company is highly recommended from my experience . Thank you Arshad and Bilal .
We found Bilal and his team really easy to work with, and also very knowledgeable about planning and building regulations so our designs were approved very quickly by the planning department. One of the best things about Varco was they were able to offer a structural engineering service in addition to producing the architectural plans, so we only needed to deal with one company who were aware of the entire project. Would use them again, and would recommend them to others.
