I’ve been going to Barry for workshops and 1-2-1s for the past few years. When I first met him I was a closed book, unaware of anything other than the negative narrative that was playing on constant loop in my head. Barry combines a wide range of modalities, and uses his unique approach to provide insight into the many layers of your subconscious. He holds space when you’re confronted with the uncomfortable areas that are inaccessible without the aid of a professional. I can look back at the person I was then and see that there has been a huge shift. I’m a different person, a better version of myself. Even the ability to recognise and acknowledge that is largely thanks to Barry. I’m now dancing to the beat of my own drum (pun intended). He’s a master of his craft. Barry is an exceptional psychotherapist who allows the individual to grow and heal in a safe sacred space, Barry is very professional in what he does, allowing the individual to feel at ease. Would definitely recommend Barry for all ages , definitely worth a visit if feel need to bring healing and change to your life for the better
