I’d like to make a shout out to Mike in parts. I was very impressed with his help in assisting me with my need for the simplest (and cheapest) way to fix my Flex’s broken start/stop push button. Through my description, Mike went out of his way to dissect the schematic and come up with the most direct part that I needed for the fix. Not only that, but he also printed out step-by-step shop directions on how to access and replace the part! I was able to take the dash apart and fix/replace the part today in no time at all. Without his willingness to go above and beyond this would/could have been a much bigger and costlier project for me. Thanks Mike, you were a great help!! It goes without saying, I’ll be back!!

I love the service I get at Wickstrom Jeep in Barrington. I always feel treated fairly even on some of the expensive maintenance/repair issues (not many, fortunately, on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with about 110,000 miles. They communicate well and often answer questions thoroughly. On two occasions, without me asking, a service staff-member sensed my unease with the process and pushed the issue up the chain where I had further explanation, management heard me out and made some much appreciated, modest efforts to ease my burden. I have recommended them and will continue to do so.

I had the utmost pleasure of shopping and buying from Wickstrom. I went to a few other dealers and was bombarded by the sales reps. But not at Wickstrom. I called ahead of time and Kelsey got my now truck ready for me. Warmed up and washed etc. And prior to me showing up she sent me a video message showing me the truck. Upon arrival I took my now truck for a ride. Just an amazing vehicle. Kelsey and Todd were very friendly and NOT PUSHY (big deal for me). I brought up two small areas of concern and they took care of it immediately. World class service. Ryan was my fiance guru and made myself and my family feel great. My daughter was complaining that we were gonna be there forever. Ryan looked at her and said \sweetie you'll be here for 10 minutes.\ And WE WERE!! This dealership and the employees we worked with were top notch and will definitely earn my future business and referrals. Thanks Todd, Kelsey and Ryan!!!! Its nice to know there are still places out there in America who take care of the veterans. Semper Fi.

Just bought my pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee from Wickstrom after a nationwide search for a new car. Eric Jensen was my salesman and he was GREAT. The entire process went super smooth and Eric was a pleasure to work with. When I arrived in Chicago, at the dealership, the paperwork was handled efficiently, Eric showed me all the bells and whistles in my car and I was on my way, easily. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and pleasant. Very, very nice car buying experience, infact it was probably one of my best ever.
