Place is a joke with their rules and ruglation. Sending letters to remove stuff from the front porch! We have 1 wicker chair and a table for our elderly mother! What is wrong with them do they forget how much people pay to live here?

Unfortunately has become low income housing with slot of the units being rentals. Atmosphere is shady at best.
Worst Place to Live in Barrie! First off, the Manager doesn't speak proper English, second off, you shouldn't have to pay 35 for a parking spot, especially if it's not even in front of your own apartment! Thirdly, they legit sell your spot if you fall behind on payments, say because you were part of a mass layoff, and your spouse couldn't pay the spot. Maybe if the staff actually empathized with you and worked with you to get caught up, instead of selling to the highest bidder like an auction, I'd have nicer things to say about this ghetto. The place doesn't even deserve half a star! Low life rip offs!
