I just called in to The Source customer service due to an issue with a product ordered online/received. This product is not working properly and I was requesting a replacement. The product though is not currently in stock. The lovely Jennifer helped me on the phone today. She was very helpful and polite. I explained how I wanted to have my request put in before the 30 day warranty with The Source expired. I realized that the product would not be available right now but that I'd be willing to wait till The Source could send me a replacement/I sent them back the current/defective one. Jennifer understood my request fully and was able to add notes to my file/order #. She confirmed my contact information in case she needed to get a hold on me regarding this matter. I was nervous at first to have to make this call not knowing what The Source would be able to do knowing this product is not in stock. I am so far very pleased with Jennifer's service and making me feel confident that this matter will be resolved with The Source's help and patience.

When I went it was curbside pickup only. But they were very fast and courteous and followed covid procedures more than most stores
The staff were very helpful with the cell phone very informative even the phone is over 10 years old
