I've really enjoyed working with Thain to complete and carry through on some brand development that I required recently. I've had a brand presence for several years and began a refresh/brand update as a response to a major change in my product focus due to covid. I had Thain take some existing concepts but bring them to the next level. I really appreciate his working style as he gets the client involved to really extract their \essence\ as he refers to it. He's really intent on getting to the core and understanding the person he's trying to brand. The result: a carefully crafted logo that has my personal touch, reflects the message and communicates clearly, setting the right impression. I've developed an even higher appreciation for the care that goes into brand development, despite my background in marketing. It's been great to develop tools and assets that are scalable, will allow for growth, and aren't overly rigid so I can have a beautiful flow to how I develop my future communication tools and online presence. I highly recommend Thain Creative for logo design and website development! I contacted Thain after deciding to take a leap and start my own business. I wanted to start with designing my logo but I really had no idea where to begin. Thain and his team were wonderful to work with. They were professional, friendly, insightful, patient, creative and let me make change after change until my logo was perfect! I was so happy with my logo and how I felt through the process of designing it with them that I hired them to design my website as well. When it came time to designing my website they told me exactly what they needed from me. Once I submitted my content they got to work right away, keeping me updated with the progress they were making. When it came time for the first reveal we sat down together and went over the website, again they were patient with my many requests and changes. We spent multiple sessions together making sure the website was exactly what I had envisioned. They took the time to listen to me and include me in the whole process which to me was very important. I would work with Thain again in a heartbeat and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to start a new business or make changes to their current logo/website/brand!
