We were quoted a 2-4 week turn around, It’s now been 9 weeks. Whenever you call, nobody has an answer and basically just shrugs you off. We were finally hoping to see a light at the end of the tunnel as of this week but again, not there and no update. If you have a house project that you need to have doors in place to finish, try somewhere else.

Quality product at good price but put aside time if you need to make an order. Staff is not well versed in product so ordering is slow and inaccurate. Staff need more training.
