we just recently bought customs windows and had to change the order for our 3 basement windows. The sales rep remembered us calling however the windows came the wrong size. when I called the rep i was advised there was no paper trail and advised me that nothing could be done. He stated I must have not pressed send? When I demanded to speak with the manager as I had 3 custom door still waiting to be picked up, and would not pay for them until the window issue was resolved. After explaining the issue and advising him that his sales rep had in fact taken responsibility.. He then stated he would refund 50% of the windows and he The manager then advised me that he felt there had to have been a communication problem and we in fact had to assume some blame. He also wanted all three windows back. I even tried to reason with him as ask that he have two and we keep one to off set some of the extra cost we have occurred but he declined. I then advised well I have 3 useless windows and I guess you have three useless doors - that I would not be picking up until this issues was resolved fairly - he said FINE. We have had to purchase 3 windows from another place and our new house is now open to the elements as we are unable to complete the build now before spring. Trying to find who to report this too to bring my concerns higher has been difficult. I have never experience such bad bad customer service and be made to assume blame of a mistake made by them - I would never buy from this place again and would encourage anything thinking of this company to think again. What company would take a larger loss on three custom doors and not refund what was their fault three windows ? I would love his manager to follow up with me
