Tried to look online through the catalog picked out what I was looking for and took the time to drive into barrie to visit the showroom. No samples to look at, no knowledge of products from the desk attendant whatsoever. And I was treated more like a nuisance than a customer, walked out on the purchase I'll give my money to a business more deserving.
Horrible experience, walked in looking for some amature advice and the sales representative s were to busy to assist me. And I quote “check YouTube you’ll have a better understanding then if we were to help you”. Very sad.
