I was having problems downloading an update on my iPad Mini 4 on wifi at my cottage. After many hours on the phone and following their instructions, Apple was unable to fix the problem and referred me to Bill at North Star Digital Systems. After driving 1-1/2 hours to Barrie, within one hour, Bill fixed the problem. He was understanding, courteous and efficient. I recommend him and his business for any Apple products. Very professional.

Very rude service. Brought my iPhone in for service at the direction of Apple Support based on software issues. Staff ran hardware diagnostic and claimed there was nothing they could do. (Despite it having nothing to do with hardware, all they did was the hardware diagnostic). Complete waste of time. Not worth booking appointments here!
