I visited the website for Kitchen Stuff Plus and found two WONDERFUL items that are PERFECT as gifts for family members in Barrie, ON (I live in a different province). I couldn't see a way to ship to store location from the website so I opened the online chat and I was told that, unfortunately, there is no ship to store option. They recommended I contact the store directly which I did, and I spoke to the acting manager. She said they cannot take an order over the phone but would hold any items I bought online - so I told her that would be great except that there is no ship to store option on the website. She had no solution for me. I will find another store to purchase my gifts. What a waste of time and energy! And so very disappointing.
