If I had a choice I would give these place 7 (seven) star! Here is my story, yesterday my Samsung Galaxy Edge7 suddenly stopped it's audio. Receives calls but no ring ton, no voice, plays video but no sound. I tried all I knew about sound settings but to no avail. Then went to local agent of my service provider at Food Basic plaza, in South end of Barrie. The young lady there tried to get the issue fixed. She played with settings for about twenty minutes, she even called someone knowledgeable. At the end she felt sorry and showed me a nearby cell repair shop through the glass window adding the repair shop wouldn't charge to diagnose the problem. After checking my cell for sometime the person at the repair shop said my phone's speaker is damaged, needs four days for order a new speaker and delivery and cost would be 90 (ninety) dollars plus tax. I left the place for home saying let me give it a thought. I called few other repair shops using my land line . When I called Iconic Tech the person asked which speaker is not working, front or rear? Both the speakers can't be damaged at the same time and added the issue maybe somewhere else. I went this shop to find a very courteous gentleman who resolved the issue so quick, maybe in less than ten minutes! Charged me only 10 (ten) dollars. I am a senior, retired man with pension, I couldn't leave without paying him a five dollar bill as reward for coffee and doughnut. Next time anything happens I would go straight to Iconic Tech! F.R.
