My wife and I are very happy with the professional service this company provided. We asked them to tidy up a few code issues, and they offered to fix many other issues that we weren't aware of, making our home a safer place. They also fixed our gas stove, added a fan to our fireplace, added a thermostat to our wall and serviced our furnace. Very pleased with this company and would recommend to anyone. Darren & Kelly

My experience with Gus from GasPro was excellent. Gus is professional and was thorough in sorting out and addressing the repairs. He is someone I would recommend to others needing repairs and service.
We had absolutely no heat in our house during a crisp winter day suddenly. I contacted about 3 different companies for assistance and no one could come quick enough. They were scheduling me in for 24 hours later and thereafter. Gus from GASPRO contacted me immediately upon my inquiry and scheduled a visit to my convenience immediately. He ordered a part required and offered to leave us with heaters in which just the offer was such an amazing gesture in itself. We had heaters so we declined however he didn’t allow that to prolong the job. he had the job completed and educated us every step of the way within a few hours later. His sense of urgency and professionalism is so greatly appreciated. A wonderful experience for what felt like a crises to our family. Thank you so much Gus!

I called Gas Pro on a Saturday as the furnace in my rental property had gone down. Gus, the owner, was available and came to service the furnace that day. His service was above and beyond my expectations. He informed me of what the issue was with my furnace and with it being over 20 years old, gave me a rundown of some of my options. I ended up going with a new install, which he was able to do for me a couple days later. He replaced one of the parts on the old furnace to hopefully get it through the weekend and only charged me for the part, not any of the labour or the weekend call. None of my phone calls with him have been rushed and his taken the time to walk me through the process and understand all my options. He even pointed out an issue with my water heater, which is a rental, that has allowed me to get a better unit for my home. This experience has created a customer for life for any HVAC needs I have that are within his service area. Thank you for everything Gus.
