This is by far the best location i have been to! Always amazing staff, they are friendly, and informative! They have gone above and beyond since reopening with covid, always super sanitary, and seem to be taking all their precautions, and all staff wear full ppe, i always feel comfortable receiving my services.

I cannot wait for the salon to reopen! My absolute favourite place to get face services done! All employees are incredibly nice, professional, and accommodating. I have tried all of their facial services from brow waxing to Hydrafacial, and have never been disappointed
I paid almost 100 for my 5 month old baby’s ear piercing and chose this place after extensive research. I had the most horrible and traumatizing experience when the piercing machine got stuck on one of my baby’s ears. This created a commotion and the employees struggled to unlatch the machine while baby is screaming. Then when the machine unlatched the back of the piercing came off and none of the employees could manage to put the back piece back in because of their long nails and asked myself and husband to do it and my husband finally managed to put the piece back. The employee who was the one who pierced the ear on the side that got stuck was Tammy she was rude unprofessional and never apologized to us at all for her mistake. She was upset with us and was giving us looks and attitude as if it was our fault. We were not even offered a refund for the inconvenience. Never going back after this experience.
I really enjoy all the services they offer. Its clean, the ladies are nice and I never seem to have to wait to get something done. Very convenient to have mall hours.

Was in a few weeks ago to get my brows waxed and the customer service was horrible! I didn't get the name of the woman waxing my brows but she was extremely rude, didn't even smile at me once and her attitude made it seem like I was a bother to her. I was friendly with her and tried to make light conversation but I just received monotone, passive aggressive replies. The girl working at the front counter was extremely rude too. Sorry i was interrupting your conversation with your coworkers with my business! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because she did a really good job waxing my brows..but I will be taking my brows and my business somewhere else where they actually treat the customers well.
The girls are so great! Always so happy when I leave!
