Amazing place to stay. Amazing views and a spectacular sunset and stunning gardens and unique art. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly and a wonderful breakfast is served up every day... eggs, fresh breads, fruits, coffee, tea, etc. Very unique, peaceful place with many restaurants within a very short walking distance. I've come back many times.

This was an amazing start to our honeymoon. A beautiful house on the cliff overlooking the Pacific with extensions dug into the cliff face. The house and grounds are filled with art and artefacts belonging to/created by the artist/owner. The hotel is run by two of his children who are both lovely and fantastic hosts. Be sure to ask for a tour of Delfin’s studio which is very interesting. The location is great, right in the heart of Barranco. We were offered an apartment which is not listed on the website and we loved it. The living room is incredible and the bedroom was lovely and cozy with the sound of the Pacific sending you to sleep.
We loved our stay here. We spent 3 nights in Mirador 2 and it was delightful.The balcony overlooking the Lima coastline was so great. The staff is friendly and warm. Breakfast, included, is good. The art and house itself have so much character and make it very fun. Clean. Good wifi. Very safe. Good location. Would definitely stay again!
Beautiful hotel with kind attentive staff. Be sure to give the pups belly rubs! They accommodated an early breakfast before our flight as well. The hotel is beautiful. I hope to come back again
The best place for a quick getaway in Lima. The views are the best part, however access to the artist's gallery, a great breakfast and some animal company -lots of cats and a dog- make for a great experience. Worth mentioning how close it is to the center of Barranco and how beautiful the sunset can be seen both from some rooms and the balcony in the garden.
You won't find another place like it. Staff was great. Interior design and decorating is impressive.

2nd home Peru is ideally located and is within easy walking distance to amazing restaurants, the bridge of sighs and art galleries. The neighborhood felt safe. Our room had a gorgeous view of the Pacific and the grounds were filled with amazing art work. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Barranco.
