We love this place! The staff is so friendly and thoughtful..! We didn’t book breakfast, always prepared our own meals in the kitchen (sandwich maker, blender, oven which is working ;)) but still were allowed to get free coffee which was great. Laundry also can be used. Great location in barranco, most of the rooms are located towards the backyard. Nice atmosphere, good to calm down!

Cheap but not least ! Hot water, quiet, super welcoming, people very nice and friendly and the best homemade breakfast of our trip. We past our two firsts night there and obligtively our last !! You just have to pass over the fact the building is a bit old and not fresh, but it is cosy and the service is top, especially for the price.

When making a review it has always to consider the price in relation to any weak points. So for me this place is an excellent place to stay that is affordable, quiet and clean. These are attributes not easily found in Barranco because usually price reflects the makeup of place and my last hostel was very dirty and expensive. Although with some of the rooms the walls are super thin the overall building has very little noise and the staff are not too shy to warn people of the noise levels If they feel it may be a nuisance to the other guest. The general feel of the place is welcoming , warm in atmosphere and the laying arranged in a way as to promote a sociable nature . There are 2 bathrooms for the hostel with great showers providing hot water with good water pressure. The kitchen is large with lots of cupboard space and there is also an outdoor part to the building where you can have a smoke or just to hang your washing out saving you time and money. Overall: 9/ 10

After one quite okay night they gave me fake money as a change when I checked out and paid for the night.
