Perfect place to stay - I can't recommend it enough! Feels lovely clean and safe, and great staff who are friendly and helpful. Just what we needed for our stay in Lima after trekking the Inca trail and being in the jungle!

Our room, the bed and the shower was excellent. All very clean and cozy. The location was walking distance from Barranco square but a bit too far to walk to Miraflores. We asked for late check-out but they were only able to give us until noon, which was unfortunate because our flight is not until late night.
We spent 3 nights end of July / beginning of August 2019 with my family (we were 2 adults & 2 teenagers) This B&B is small but really well located, safe, quiet and clean. It's perfect for a family stay. Breakfast are really good (home made) in line with a high level of service & warm welcome. We'll be back !!! Tks a lot. Kings regards from France. Celine & Philippe
We spent 3 days over there and we had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is various with 5 options which is much appreciated. Rooms are very clean. However it's a little bit noisy. Would definitely recommend this hotel !!

Very clean and comfortable BnB/Hotel with very friendly staff and everything you expect from a medium class hotel in Peru. Barranco neighbourhood is one of the nicest in Lima.
I've been to Lima six times and have stayed at this hotel on 5 of my 6 trips (it wasn't open the first time I went to Lima). Firstly, the location is excellent. Barranco is a fantastic, fun, funky neighbourhood. It has come a long way in terms of development since my first stay way back in 2010. There are many good restaurants and cafes in the area. It is also a short walk over to Miraflores where you will find all kinds of shopping. Secondly, the hotel itself is a boutique hotel. Not a large chain type of hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and large enough to accommodate two. There is no AC however, even in the height of summer in Lima, we didn't need it. It cooled off quite nicely at night. Wifi in the hotel was excellent. Breakfast is included with the room rate and Rosanna does a great job. Lastly, and most importantly is the staff. Every time I come here is it like coming home. Enrique, Elizabeth, Rosanna, Carmen, Carlos and the rest of the staff feel like family. They are so warm and welcoming! This was the first time my husband got to meet them after hearing all about my previous stays at the hotel and he felt exactly the same way. They definitely will definitely make your stay memorable!
