Would be zero if possible... order took two hours to arrive cold after spending 20 mins trying to get through on the phone to assurances it would be hot. Called back, told would get money back tomorrow (???) not offered replacement but given one when asked. Promised 20mins max wait... 40 mins later still AWOL, called back to abuse from manager cause i complained and still have hungry kids. Joke of a place. Not the first its taken over an hour for wrong order or cold food. Never again. Should be ashamed of themselves... update... 3 hours later it arrives with wary driver and refund.
