I regularly get a take out from here and every time I am delighted by the meal. The chips are crunchy and the fish is tasty! I always enjoy the friendliness of the staff, especially more important in the COVID era! But today showed the honesty of the boss. He without asking or mentioning anything put half of another fish in because one of the the pieces was small. Thank you! Love your food, stay safe!

Roomy fish and chips restaurant with excellent service from the staff. Has a special batter made from egg and matzo shown in my picture. A tad pricey and the portion of chips I got was more bits and ends than whole ones.
This place is the one I always prefer. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very chummy and the cooking they cook is so good. I never decline to have a nice dinner in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place.
As per write upps from previous feedback as it says on the tin... Lovely grubb... friendly staff .. towards end of meal the owner (?) Comes round for a chat. Free calendar if you eat all your meal. Cod and rock was on menu n mushy peas toooo. Good reputation. Thanks.
Excellent service, good size portions and you pay for what you get. I'd highly recommend.
