Absolutely brilliant, wasn't fobbed off with, 'you will have to learn to live with it' (a floater), it was explained to me fully. Maharshi Patel (locum who they should employ full time) saw me, told me everything he was doing and why. Couldn't have asked for a better service, that is choosing the glasses and having them fitted. Thank you all the staff at Barracloughs Polgate, a very pleasant experience.
Great service, definitely go back there again.
Excellent service as always. Very attentive and friendly staff for eye test and assistance with selection of frames.
All members of staff that I saw were very friendly, extremely helpful and very informative. I felt that I was in good hands and certainly won't go anywhere else for my eye health and vision needs. Thank you!
