I thought the service was excellent, the staff took time to explain everything carefully and made me feel like a valued customer. The Covid safety precautions were superb. I will definitely continue to use Barracloughs.

Debbie Chambers is professional friendly and polite. I always feel my examination is important to Debbie. She efficiently works through the various tests required and I leave Barracloughs and Stiles, Bexhill feeling I have received a very thorough and accurate examination. My family will all miss Debbie as our optometrist when she retires in December, and we thank her for all the good care she has given to us over the years; particularly for her patience understanding and kindness when examining my daughter, who has special needs. A special THANK YOU to you Debbie for all you did to help me in 2013, for caring and for looking after me so well. Eternally grateful.
I was impressed with the covid measures and felt safe throughout the visit. The Optician was very thorough explaining his findings throughout the process. Having made the appointment following a request from Moorfields Hospital to avoid having to travel to London due to my eye condition, every possible check was carried out and felt that nothing was too much trouble. I don't think any improvements are needed.
The optometrist gave excellent explanations and was very thorough. The dispensing lady was brilliant in helping me choose glasses. The staff were very courteous and welcomimg and nothing seemed a bother. Great service all round.
