An amazing system. Run very well.
While the Judges and staff are competent and efficient, the sitting Magistrate is an embarrassment to the system and would fit better in Mississippi. Be very careful and take a lawyer for Magistrate Hearings and Small Claims as well. Unfit for the position doesn't begin to describe the problem.
After an extremely long wait, and poor service. Most people at the adult probate would do the best they could considering the short staff, Sharon however was very inconsiderate and rude after sitting for a long duration of time 9-3:30 I stood up at the counter for a moment in which she replied
Did not even get a shot at justice when appealing a speeding ticket. The Magistrate working at 2pm on 10/28 should be investigated. I was allowed 3 words (just introducing myself) before I was cut off and told that I'm responsible. I was not even provided an opportunity to state the facts.
