Rude tone of receptionists, quick to dismiss you and move on to the next issue without offering much help. This practice doesn't treat warts, apparently they're 'not a priority', no matter how much they are impacting basic daily tasks, they'd rather let HPV spread around the town... Shame, because the practice is situated well with its own car park and pharmacy.

I had an appointment about medication for my arthritis and Dr.Solomon was excellent, it was the first time I had met him.Great manner and professional. Thank you.

I've met a best female doctor and a worst head male doctor there. He booted me in an upsetting way without any explanation in sudden, putting some entry into PC just I was attending an appointment after waiting for nearly two hours with pains. Only I guess he didn't like my remarks of a solicitor-\his letter was poor\ at the previous appointment for my anxiety disorders. I felt it was a professional negligence. Sadly they made up a story on Ombudsman investigation. I still remember as a traumatic experience.

Shouted at by receptionist for not knowing prescriptions can only be ordered after 11am. The doctor I was given after my original one left is rude, looks at you as your something she's stepped in. Stopped testing me for diabetes when I was diagnosed with pre diabetes........ Now I have diabetes. ALL doctors there have no time, no empathy, and can't wait to get you out of door. I'm in process of changing doctors and contacting gmc regarding the centre.

Just come back from our first visit to this medical centre, the reception staff are helpful but the doctor that saw my partner was dismissive ,talking over us and doesn't believe any thing you say. Just comes up with it's fibromyalgia or speak to a hospital consultant , that's all they say. I thought we were going to better doctors but my mistake,I have all the symptoms of MS but all he said is do you want antidepressants? a doctor is supposed to listen to the patient not talk over them where have the good old fashion doctors gone, the ones that used to listen to you instead of chipping in with a fancy label for a illness and talking about their own illnesses and complaints .According to the doctor we saw the test for MS is very easy and without any test he's told me I don't have this . Well I think that we have finally met GOD and he looks nothing like I thought he would he wears a shirt and tie and is name is Dr A Ali .
