Had the worst experience.They did not turn up on the day they were supposed to fit staircarpet, which was on a Thursday. Rang shop, closed Thursdays. My husband stayed in all day, rang Friday they said they had wrong address, 2 instead of 21 for address. Also digit missing out of phone number, they rearrange to come back and fitted wrong colour carpet. Rang them up also went in, response I got was, there was not much difference between the carpet I had chosen. The lady I spoke to was going to ring me back when spoken to her boss, no call back left message with her colleague, still no call back. Eventually when I spoke to her she said nothing they can do, if I want anything in future they would maybe do a discount ! Diabolical would never use again. Too much detail to write but that's the gist of our experience. Wouldn't have given 1star but the review required it to continue the post.

Bought a bedroom carpet from lovely Karen @ Barnsley Wholesale aka Wilshire's who gave me some great help and advice.The two fitters they sent were friendly, polite, quick and proficient.The bedroom looks fabulous, and the feel of this lush carpet underfoot is marvellous. Job well done once again!!
