Absolute shower - built great windows but with atrocious locking mechanisms which are fragile and bust easily - nowhere near adequate for the job in hand. When you try and contact them for spares or maintenance you just get stone walled. Despite a web site offering maintenance plans, this all seems to be words and no action as they simply never bother to respond. If you're looking for windows then please go elsewhere, these guys will let you, or your customers down.
