Anyone looking for new Conservatory with a light weight tiled roof look no further. These guys do a excellent job, so organised all the trades followed each other, even Covid 19 only caused slight delay D & I were back on the job as soon as safety allowed. I doubt you will get a better price anywhere else either.

Extremely poor service and abysmal workmanship by the personnel who fitted the windows and the lightweight tiled roof to our conservatory renovation!
UPDATE: Within 2 hours of posting this review, a fitter and one of the directors came to our property and spent some time fixing the issue. They have also offered to replace the damaged flooring, which is a welcome gesture. As I stated in my original review, the quality of the product and the service received prior to any issues, was outstanding. The service received from the fitter and company director today was also outstanding - it's just a shame there have been communication issues that resulted in this review. original review below Aftercare is shocking! We spent 2,500 with D & I Windows on two external doors. The quality of the workmanship is top notch and we are very happy with the doors. Unfortunately, once this company has your money, they do not care about you as a customer anymore. Within a week, both doors began to leak rainwater into the house. We rang D & I and was met with a very \stand-offish\ response and told one of the fitting team will call us. 3 days later and no phone call from the fitter. We chased D & I up, who told us \the fitter will only ever ring once and will not leave a voicemail if you do not answer\. 2 weeks later a fitter came to our property and fixed the issue. One of the doors is now watertight, however one is still leaking. We have rang D & I over 5 times and have been told that a fitter will call us..... surprisingly, we have had no call. Our door has been leaking for over 6 weeks and has caused the wooden flooring to absorb the rainwater and \lift & warp\, which D & I will be tasked with repairing at their expense. We still haven't had a call or a visit from a fitter, despite ringing D & I everyday for a week. It's a massive shame, as the quality of the product is outstanding, however the customer service is less than adequate and leaves me feeling that once they have your money, they no longer care about you.
