Not sure about the reason of the negative reviews but my experience was excellent; In 24 hours my daughter’s birth registration was sorted, which is impressive considering we’re in the middle of a pandemic; lady on the phone was really kind and everything was managed professionally

Hopeless customer care and telephone service.
Excellent service. Booked online for a birth registration for my daughter. Attended at the alloted time and was seen straight away by a friendly member of staff. Paid my money and received my birth certificates straight away.
I have just been in the cue for 2 hours (and while calling during regular office hours) and being told the whole time that I'm third in the cue! - to then, after 2 hours on the line, be told by a computer that there were now some 'technical problems' and that they had to terminate my call. - I had a similar experience last week when I first called. Absolutely ridiculous service, shameful! Is anybody even working at the office? If so, what are they doing?
worst customer service. you can tell the staff have zero motivation or care for their jobs
