The front-of-house team are small which meant that every time I called up, they knew who I was and what needed to be sorted. They really knew their stuff and I appreciate that they didn't push any gimmicky extras but listened to what our family wanted which was a simple ceremony. They went the extra mile to make sure that my mother's funeral went without a hitch and I really appreciate their straight-talking honest approach. If you want a straightforward no nonsense funeral directors, I would totally recommend Brooks.

Terrible service from Catherine. You MUST pay for the Funeral upfront (read the small-print), or Catherine will suddenly lose all your e-mails to her SPAM Box. I e-mailed Catherine Photos , Order of Service, Life Story etc. days before the Funeral, then I suddenly thought, perhaps I should Pay in Full !! The sight of my Fathers decomposing body , will haunt me forever. Roy did us proud in the end, however, Bowing to my Fathers coffin, as it entered the High Street. He should run the Company without Catherine, she has NO Respect for the DEAD. I would give Roy 5 stars on his own !!

The worst Funeral Company ever!. I attended the funeral parlor to view the body of a close friend. When I arrived at the venue, I was told that the body was available for viewing in a room located at the back of the corridor. I opened the door of the room which was not larger than a shoe box and it had no windows. The smell of death hit me in the face because the room was not ventilated and no attempts had been made by the Funeral Parlor to make the body look decent. At the end of the viewing we were supposed to drive in a line of cars behind the hearse to the Cemetery. The speed at which the hearse was driving off to the Cemetery with the body was unbelievable! almost at 40 mph in fact there was no line of cars following the hearse, myself and my friend driving behind actually got lost and had to sat nav our way to catch up with the Hearse!. It was disgraceful. I wept silently for my friend. I would never recommend this Company to anybody even if you want a \No Frills\ burial. The service was appalling.
