I love this branch of Boots, they have a Pharmacy & you can pick up orders from here. The staff are helpful & polite. There is normally a good choice of stock.

Pharmacy is busy and a little slow. Waited half an hour before I could be served by Pharmacy staff. However, once seen, good service.
Love this place because they've got what you need depending on the size of the store, however prices are too high sometimes and I don't like the fact that everytime I go in there staff keep following me as if I'm going to steal from there, not very welcoming especially because I shop there weekly. Expect a bit more respect than that.
So far today, I have tried phoning 23 times and NOBODY will answer the phone. I want to know if my repeat prescription is in, as I havn't had my usual text message. I don't want to go up there on the off chance. PLEASE employ someone to answer your phone !
This Boots in Whetstone has the best opticians section I have encountered for a long time. They are so helpful and there is continuity as some of the staff have been there for years and remember you. I am quite nervous with new glasses and they make me feel very comfortable and know their work very well. I actually like going there as I know I will be well looked after. Highly recommended:)
