Third class customer service. Not recommended for smart cars. Receptionist was very polite when I booked time. After that I received call from her and she start shouting when I asked is my car fixed and she said I dnt know I dnt know m not at garage. That's disgusting if you dnt know then y u called me ????

What can I say. I had a mini that I changed the fuel filter on new years eve and wouldn't start after. RAC recovered the car to reputable local garage in Enfield. For 8 days they played and potched and not once did the car even flicker into life..... Having had enough car was moved to Bmerc with the initial garage saying my car needed a high pressure fuel pump. I checked the car was there on the call at 1557, I was then called at 1709 to be told the pump was fitted but the car wouldn't start and here I said that the car wouldn't start after the fuel filter was changed....... At 17.16 I was called to say my car was working again... Bmerc solved a problem in 9 minutes that another garage took 8 days of faffing and still didn't resolve... My car was also delivered back to my house which, as I had just finished a night shift, was a very welcome treat. I cannot praise the guys at Bmerc enough....... They have one hell of a happy customer in me that's for sure....

While the staff are amazing Chrissy especially helpful. My repair lasted days I went back nothing got done called and called, told I’d receive a call back months later nothing. Now I have to find another garage as I’m not confident the issue will be resolved

From the moment I walked in I felt as though I was in safe hands. The place comes highly recommended to me by a good friend and I wasn't disappointed. The problem with my car was quickly identified and I am sure the repair work will be superbly accomplished. I should say that the owner was really easy to deal with and certainly lives upto the high praise. It's also not far from Barnet's centre so dropping a car off presents no problems travel wise.
