I was really impressed how quickly Amir dealt with my query. After checking my existing plans he was able to advise me on how best to proceed taking into account the associated cost. His expertise has given me an insight into bringing our idea into fruition which it will help when dealing with the local authority. I’ll definitely be using Amir’s services in the future.

Amir is a master of his trade. I’ve used him a few times and to say he knows his stuff would be an understatement. The ideas and advice he brings to the table will always maximise your project and add value. His insight into the planning process is also another attribute he has which will help you achieve the planning consent you hoped for. Unlike the big firms that charge double and then just send out a junior. He will deal with your job personally and promptly. He’ll know it inside out and is always at the end of the phone. Your plans and even measurements are usually in his head. He is one of only a handful of people in this industry that I would happily give his number as a recommendation and be confident that I won’t have any negative comebacks.
Amir helped us with the full redesign of our new house. We met with several architects before making our decision but it was Amir's clear, professional and positive communication style that convinced us he was the right choice. Throughout the planning of the project he kept us up to date, was always happy to answer questions, and made an extra effort on the weekends to meet with us. He provided constructive suggestions and the plans and specifications were clear, detailed and exactly what we needed. I cannot fault him at all.
