Had a positive experience with this branch and the service from Ben and Marc was excellent. A special note also to Jill Parry, the Assistant Sales Progression Manager, who supported our case after we accepted our offer. She was outstanding and we could not have got to completion without her.

Epsom Branch Recently instructed agent to sell 1 bed flat in Banstead. Within 1 week of advert going live I had secured offer at asking price. Buyers were already from their client list which is extensive and they don't solely rely on generating buyers enquiries via online property sites. Very professional marketing on their site and the common online property sites with featured listing. Excellent sales staff to ensure best deal secured. I had previously used 2 other agents over 4 months and little interest achieved from prospective buyers. Barnard Marcus actively seek out interested parties for viewings. The fees are higher but worth it if sale achieved at asking price in short time. Would highly recommend.
Thank you for all your patience and hard work. From enquiry to completion. Communication is so good specially to a very anxious client. Marc Cox was always ready to answer all queries thank you. To Jill Parry who helped us make sure the process is smooth til completion. And to Jamie Notley who i think has a magic wand, very grateful for giving me hope that we can do it. Thank you all for making our dream come true.
We have used the brokerage service for our last two moves. Really professional and clear communication with a calming influence which is so fundementally important during the stress of a move. Highly recommended. Ask for Glen
Marc was so helpful throughout the whole process. He worked extremely hard to overcome problems and to ensure everything stayed together, which we appreciate so much. Jill our sales progressor was absolutely fantastic, always kept me in the loop and showed a great deal of experience to ensure the transaction went through as smoothly as possible. Great team!
