Arif at Barnard Marcus Dorking has changed my opinion of estate agents, unlike others he is very informative, engaging and efficient, We felt like he was on our side throughout the process. We viewed the property 4 times before we moved in but he never made us feel like we were being a pain. There were some snagging issues that we were worried about at the new build property but Arif got sorted straight away. Great service thank you.

We had a number of estate agents visit us before we decided to sell our house with Barnard Marcus - Dorking. The main reason for going with the Dorking branch was because of how engaging Marc the branch manager was with us and how he understood our goals. We were fairly needy clients and wanted updates on the process throughout the sale which all of the Dorking branch employees were willing to update us on whenever we called or emailed. Head office was excellent at coordinating the chain and keeping us updated.
Arif and Team gave an outstanding level of service throughout our dealings with the Good Estate Agent in Dorking. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism at all time. Joby and Joy
Extremely helpful, diligent team, that ensured the purchase of the property went through smoothly, despite hiccups along the way. Thanks to Marc and the team for all their patience, assistance and support. I would have no hesitation in recommending Barbara Marcus, Dorking and would be happy to use them again in the future.
