Barley's has the most amazing staff and fabulous food, (check out the monthly specials)! The drinks are always great and reasonably priced. It's the perfect place to eat, drink, and be merry on the historic 100 Block in CouncilBluffs!!

Barley's is pretty good. Their food is excellent and so are their drinks. Barley's is more of a 'special occasion' place than a local corner bar hangout. Service can be slow due to a high volume of customers. But that same high volume is good advertising.
Barley's offers good food and a large craft beer selection. The gluten free cauliflower pizza is by far my favorite menu item. Barley's is located on the 100 Block in Council Bluffs...so the building has old time charm.
Barley's is my go-to spot any day of the week! Always has great service and friendly people. Not to mention, their food and drinks are out of this world! If you're looking for somewhere to eat or drink in Council Bluffs, there's no place like Barley's.
Food is AMAZING! Delicious! Wine is good too! Try the Bread and Butter wine! (Not what you'd expect). Very friendly service. Wonderful experience! Definitely recommend!
