My parcel was incorrectly delivered to the wrong address. Not only was it delivered to the wrong address, the driver did not follow protocol in that he left the parcel outside of a closed door on a main road unattended. I know this because I received picture confirmation as 'delivered' and in this picture was NOT my house! I called DPD multiple times on the day of delivery and The Barking Depot had promised me that the driver would return to retrieve the parcel and call me to ensure he delivered to the correct address. The driver of course did not call. This was a silly plan anyway. I had since made my own way to the house it was incorrectly delivered to where I was told there had been no parcel, they were not aware of any parcel which confirmed the parcel was stolen. By who? we don't know but it should never have been left on the street by the driver. 10 days later my case opened with the supplier was closed, apparently the driver has retrieved and redelivered my parcel. To who? It was not me. I still 11 days later do not have my parcel. They say there is nothing they can do. I am left with 80 down the drain. During such hard times its unacceptable to say the least.

They never come for delivery but then send an email saying they tried it but I wasn’t home so now they’ll try it again tomorrow. Eventually I have to go pick it up from the collection point. Companies who use dpd should not charge delivery fee and not promise a certain delivery date. Because it’s all a lie!

Worst delivery service out there. Won't even bother to try make an attempt, will give up unless there is a red carpet with arrows leading to the flat and a cocktail handed to them when they show up. Avoid this service at all costs even if it means not buying the product and getting a competitor's product.

The driver whoever he is, is a nitwit! The 2nd time he's been unable to deliver my parcel dispite being indoors because he's an illiterate and lacks comprehension. The most basic of fundamental skills is reading and if a delivery driver can't read the address on a parcel maybe a prerequisite of DPD should be GCSE English ot functional skills. I'm actually FLOORED at how daft someone could be. Oh problem solved according to DPD however, because they're coming back tomorrow only difference is I don't work on their time. Such n abysmal experience, they can return back to sender. 0 stars
