I received a 5 star service but there is no confidentiality.Everyone around listens to your business.Advice is needed and that is why people go there but it's not for other people to listen.Even those on the computers can hear every conversation discussed

Absolute waste of time. Couldn't speak to anyone to ask questions or be pointed in the right direction concerning my problem. Wasn't interested at all.

The lady working here was utterly useless, telling me to complain, wasn't even' slightly interested in hearing my scenario and was jumping to conclusions before I could even finish. Need customer focused staff working here, and staff that can actually provide 'advice'. When originally arriving the desk the lady pretended to be busy, wasn't even acknowledging that I was stood there. On the 3rd attempt of trying to catch her attention she finally attended to me.
