We have recently reserved a new home at the brick station and what an incredible service we have received. Particularly from the sakes team Margaret, Charlie and Alison. On viewing the property the Covid procedures to keep us safe were incredibly reassuring. Can’t recommend enough. James

We have been so impressed with Bargate Homes and at this moment in time would highly recommend buying a new build property with them. The process was new to us but Lorraine specifically has been so helpful, efficient and pleasant throughout the whole process! We completed on the house today and move in officially tomorrow, so can't comment on living in the property yet but we believe the hard part is over. The houses are beautifully built, and ours is more than we could have hoped for. Bargate have been a lovely company to deal with, thank you!
Absolutely love our home! Felt like home from the very start. Bargate really do care about you and your home. We have a 2 bed and feel the same thought has gone in to the design of the 2 beds as the5 beds, the same quality and care. Would highly recommend to any one looking at buying a new home.
We love our new Bargate Home at the Archerswood Development, Fair Oak. Lorraine made the buying experience really wonderful... full of energy and enthusiasm, nothing was ever too much trouble for her and any queries were always dealt with immediately. The communication from Lorraine was exceptional... we loved receiving the weekly progress and photo updates from her. A lovely personal touch which really helped us to stay connected and feel involved throughout the build process. Really delighted to see Bargate’s support of small local businesses and suppliers, as well as the thoughtful eco friendly touches around the development. As with every new build home, it’s not unusual to experience some snagging issues, so ours came as no surprise. Most are being worked through quickly and efficiently. We’re confident that the remaining snagging will also be resolved in a timely fashion. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bargate Homes!
