Stay away! I do not understand how this company has 4.4 stars. I closed my door without keys, so the door was not locked but not difficult to open. I got hooked by the 30 EUR advertisement and called this company . Assistant said if locks are not be replaced it won’t cost more than 100 but to be discussed with technician. Said ok and agreed on time. Technician came late. He went straight to door without explaining any price details so had to stop him to explain. First he gave me a price range between 250 and 350. I told him then it would not make sense for me to pay so much as I can still my girlfriend. He told me if I cancel I have to still pay 130. Kept giving prices without VAT which is 19% on top. Technician got very uncomfortable when I asked that I would like to reconsider; he threatened with consequences . Then he started changing the price and reduced it to 185 plus VAT...this firm claims to have transparent prices but they do not. In the end I let him open the door with a card (which I could have dove myself) and paid 185. I would be very cautious with asking for their service , the friendly man on the webpage is the last thing you get with them
Upon returning from holiday, had a lock with a broken key in it, they fixed it the same day, great service!
Gisteren (zondag) buitengesloten. Monteur van Lock Secure geweest. Deze heeft voor mij netjes de deur geopend. Ik ben zeer tevreden.
Donderdag een offerte aangevraagd voor het vervangen van twee sloten en het gratis Politie keurmerk veilig wonen aangevraagd, de volgende dag kreeg ik de offerte al binnen. Vervolgens heb ik gelijk een afspraak met ze gemaakt. Gister is het nieuwe slot geplaatst en heeft de monteur mijn hele huis gecheckt op veiligheid. Het huis is gelukkig goed beschermd tegen inbraak, dus hopelijk kunnen we er weer een tijdje tegenaan. Al met al ben ik erg tevreden over het werk van Locksecure.
Offerte aangevraagd voor een 3 puntssluiting. Afspraken worden nagekomen en mooi werk afgeleverd.
