Ordered online, this was already an achievement since they only allow limited orders. But hey if that is required to make proper deliveries, fair enough, right? Not really. After 2 days I finally managed to place an order, delivery time of 4 days required, after 4 days, nothing has happened. Calling customer service for an update, we are busy and phone is hung up. Meanwhile your money is gone, you have no goods, and they can't be reached. Terrible communication, completely flawed infrastructure, this company is clearly stuck in the stone age. As soon as you can't physically come to the store and gather the goods yourself they're lost. Stay clear of ordering anything here, its nothing short of a disaster.

We were not allowed in with a 2yr old daughter. I understand the rules. I don't come with my whole family. But what should I do with the baby?

Three times click&collect. Two times I had to wait more than half an hour because the order was not complete or not prepared at all. Then tried to order via delivery. From my Trofast with boxes only the boxes arrived. The frame is missing. What a great waist of money!
IKEA style is my favourite !! i am their client since years ago and i am so happy and satisfied with their items !! and prices ... and quality :)) these pics are from my new house .. i love it
