Lovely care home. Staff work very hard and Nothing is no problem. Dad is obviously well cared for and relaxed and happy. Last week they had baked a cake for his birthday and whilst we were visiting the staff came in to sing happy birthday Mum appreciated this as it made a difficult time very special

This is the WORST, Care-home I've ever visited, no staff doing their jobs properly, Management a load of crap, only People doing what they are supposed to do are the Cleaners. After careful Consideration, ( I WOULDN'T EVEN BRING MY DOG HERE )

After my initial visit to see my father prior to his 96thBirthday,and nearly 3months since my mothers untimely death at this care home, I was pleased to see rails had been placed around the toilets in the en-suite bathrooms and more care staff deployed.
