My auntie has recently stayed at Ross Court for a couple of weeks whilst some work was carried out at her home. Everyone at Ross court made her feel so welcomed and made it feel like a home from home. The food was fantastic and staff we’re always willing to help . Nothing was every too much trouble, I would highly recommend Ross Court and if my auntie needed to stay anywhere again we will Definitely be choosing Ross Court again.

When my Mum went into Ross Court I was very nervous that she wouldn’t like it there, but she loves it the staff are all so pleasant and go out of their way to ensure my mum and her new friends as she calls them are well cared for. She loves al the food and says there are so many choices, her room is spacious and has a lot of her personal things in it that makes her feel at home. Obviously with the Covid-19 things have been hard but they have a visiting Pod that’s divided so we can still visit and see mum and know she is safe. Staff and all the residents have been vaccinated and are COVID tested daily which is so reassuring that they are doing every precaution to protect them all totally would recommend this beautiful Care Home.
Visited Mum in the new outdoor pod today. Absolutely fantastic. She was delighted to 'touch' her latest great-grandchild. The sound was good, and the room warm. Well done to everyone that made this possible.
We have had a wonderful Halloween crafting competition activity with Ross Court. Very well organised by Lindsey and all our infant children loved it and we think the resident's did too!. It was a great way to keep up our connection with Ross Court during these strange times.
