This home has looked after my Mum well during what could have been a nightmare time for us all. My Mum needed urgent care and the manager responded quickly. She spoke to us about our concerns and we are pleased with the choice we made. This home is a good home and we feel that Mum is safe.
I have been working closely with the staff at Paternoster House for over 5 years now. I have found the staff to be professional and dedicated to patient care. Where concerns were raised, they ensured that such matters were promptly dealt with.
