My mother is a resident at this home. Despite requests for information about her condition the home has failed to communicate with us properly and we are very worried and have little confidence in the quality of care given. When we allowed to visit her recently in the outside pod she had not been dressed properly, her hair had not been combed and her teeth not put in. Given that they have few visits allowed you would of thought that they could take the time to make sure all residents being visited were dressed and presented as best as possible. We did raise it at the time with the carers but they seemed uninterested.
