I have been the hairdresser for the last 12 years at Friston, it was a very sad day last March when I had to leave due to the covid infection. The staff and management all do a wonderful job keeping the home safe for the residents, it is always spotlessly clean and tidy, and the carers are always kind and supportive, every effort is made to make the home a happy place with all the activities and events to ensure that the residents are well cared for, I hope its not too long before we can get back to normal and the salon can be opened again.

The home is a very well run and the management are doing an outstanding job. I feel that my family will be safe in the home, the activities team are also doing an excellent job. The food from the kitchen is very nice and always made to their best standards. The home is always kept clean by a housekeeping team that work very hard.
My mum has been at Friston House for 2 weeks now. All the staff have been so caring and kind she has settled very quickly and it really is a home from home. I am reassured my mum is in very safe hands
Very pleased with the support received from management and staff in moving my mother onto Nightingale Walk. She has settled immediately and speaks highly of all staff, and loves the food.
Excellent care and support from extremely professional and efficient staff - Ana, Tanya, Matthew & team. Individual staff members treated my Mum with dignity and sensitivity. The property is modern, purpose-built and has recently been redecorated to a high-standard. No-one really wants to be here but the arrangements make it as bearable as possible. No hesitation to recommend.
