Barchester - Fairview House Care Home

My Sister has health issues that makes her very reliant on the staff, they are all wonderful to her and they all go out of their way to make her comfortable. She has been made very welcome and all the staff take the time to speak with her which has made the transition for her much easier. When she has had a health issue they are very quick to respond and sort it out with external health providers. The Management are also extremely approachable, they have all made my sister and myself feel comfortable talking with them. I can’t express how much I respect the work they all do to make the residents feel at home. The whole place is a credit to the manager. I feel confident about my sisters well being and her care.

Posted by her daughter, Carole. My mum has only been in since May 2018, but what a difference we have all seen in her. It is a pleasure to visit and get involved with the activities. She is loving life at Fairview, and every member of staff has been absolutely wonderful and caring. We can thoroughly recommend Fairview to anyone who is going down the nursing care route with a family member xx
